ChessKids vs the World
Every grown-up was once a kid. And every chess master was once a beginner. But how exactly do you go from being a ChessKid to a chess master? Over the years, chesskid.com has helped several young players to make this leap. In this camp, you will get the inside story from some of the ChessKid all-stars. This camp will share the favorite games and memorable experiences of strong players who got their start on chesskid.com.
Beginners will see how basic tactics are everywhere. Sometimes the ChessKids were showing what they had learned and other times they were still learning. Advanced students will carefully analyze key games and see how the ChessKids managed to defeat the masters, or otherwise learned from their losses. You might even find out the most important things the ChessKids learned from Fun Master Mike. Something about the f-pawn, right?
